Casa Romero Boston

While Boston is mainly known for having some excellent chowder you need to realize it also has some great Mexican options as well. This is why I have decided it was time to take some time to find the best Mexican food in Boston and rank the top 7 restaurants I found.

Do you want to explore more of Boston? If you do check out our Boston travel page.

  • 7. Villa Mexico Cafe @VillaMexicoCafe -

If you want to go to a place that has some fast casual Mexican food, then you cannot go wrong at Villa Mexico Cafe. The burritos you can get from here are going to be one of the best you can find in all of Boston.

  • 6. Mi Pueblito @Mi-Pueblito-Restaurant -

Looking for some of the best food possible in the form of taco? You cannot really go wrong when you are looking at the Mi Pueblito. This place has some amazing tacos that you are simply going to fall in love with.

  • 5. Tenoch Mexican @Tenoch-Mexican -

Tenoch is a great place for some of the good food you will want to have, but also for some comforts you normally would overlook when it comes to the food. The dish I love from here is the breakfast burrito.

  • 4. El Centro Boston @El-Centro-Boston -

With a focus more on the regional favorites of the regions it is going to be nice to go to El Centro. The place has some great food and an even better decor, which is relaxed. I personally love the amazing tacos from here.

  • 3. Rosa Mexicano @Rosa-Mexicano -

Rosa Mexicano is a great place for a quick bite to eat and some good food. The place is well known for the table side guacamole, but the place offers so much more you will be amazed at the options available to you for food.

  • 2. El Pelon Taqueria @elpelontaqueria -

While the place does not have much in the way of seating it definitely has some of the best food around. I personally love the fact you can grab the tacos on the go here and have a chance to eat them while walking to the game.

  • 1. Casa Romero @CasaRomeroRestaurant -

With the traditional Mexican decor you will find Casa Romero to be a great option for food. What is even better is it is tucked out of the way of most places. The best food off the menu here is by far the traditional Mexican breakfast.
