This is our Yearly Update to our Las Vegas Top 7 Restaurants. Several have moved in and out of our Top 7 as the ever competitive Vegas restaurant scene is always changing.

  • 7. Spago -

Maybe the most well know of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck's Vegas restaurants. Located in Mall at Caesar's Palace - Spago has an inside fine dining option or and outside more casual dining option. Love the fine dining inside option, Spago's has been one of our favorites for nearly a decade. The best fish dish in Vegas in our opinion, the Sea Bass is simple and classic perfection in seafood dish.

  • 6. Top of the World -

Not a convenient strip restaurant but well worth the taxi ride to the Stratosphere. Best view of any Vegas restaurant as Top of the World is located at top of the tallest structure west of Mississippi. Don't forget restaurant revolves so will get to see all of Vegas no matter where your table. Love the Wedge Salad as a starter followed up with Colorado Rack of Lamb for entree. Also have Chef's Tasting Menu if want even better value.

  • 5. Taco's & Beer -

Moving into our Top 7 for 2016 is our favorite off strip dive restaurant, Taco's & Beer. Located on Paradise Road this is a quick 5 minute Taxi ride that you will not regret for lunch or dinner. Must start with the fresh made Chips and Salsa but don't forget to add in the homemade Guacamole too. With 14 plus taco's that you can mix and match their is something for everyone. Favorite three for us: Shrimp Taco's, Baja Fish, & Carne Asada. Oh don't forget maybe the best selection of draft beer in Vegas restaurant.

  • 4. Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill -

No MGM Grand visit wouldn't be the same without lunch or dinner at Puck's. Slightly down from our #2 ranking in 2015 but still one of our Vegas favorites. Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck has tons of other restaurants in sin city but this is our favorite. By far the best value of any of our 2016 Top 7 Restaurants as couple will eat for less than $100 including appetizer, entree's, and deserts. Favorite item in on menu is Calamari appetizer followed closely behind the entree Jidori Half Chicken.

  • 3. Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse -

Another new entry in our Vegas Restaurants 2016 and landing at #3 it's well deserved. Vic & Anthony's is located in the historic Golden Nugget in downtown Vegas. Well worth the taxi drive from strip. Best pure steakhouse in Las Vegas as any of the meat entree's are amazing but even for non meat eaters the Lobster's are great as well. Bone in Ribeye is our favorite with sides of Au Gratin Potatoes and Creamed Corn for table to split.

  • 2. Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab -

Moved into our Top 7 List and landed all the way at #2. Joe's Stone Crab is well known Historic Miami, FL restaurant and the Las Vegas version is just as good. Joe's is located in the Caesar's Palace Mall and is great for steak lovers or seafood lovers. Must try their salads for starters but don't fill up as entree portions are very large. In season the large stone crabs are the best we have ever had but out of season highly suggest any of the prime steaks. Don't forget the Joe's famous Key Lime Pie for desert.

  • 1. Mesa Grille -

Holding steady in our #1 spot is celebrity chef Bobby Fley's Mesa Grille, located at Caesars Palace. The innovative southwestern fare is perfect match of spicy and delicious. Must try is the lobster taco's for appetizer as it's our favorite appetizer in Las Vegas. Our favorite entree are always the 22 Chipotle Glazed Bone-In Ribeye (picture above) with side of the double baked potato with horseradish.
