What We Liked
The atmosphere at Jack's is great, but just atmosphere alone will not make up a great BBQ restaurant. Our favorite food item from Jack's BBQ is the Billionaire Bacon for starters, but then we enjoy getting the Double Trouble for our entree. The Double Trouble allows you to have your choice of 2 meats to eat, our favorite two meats is the 1/2 chicken and the pulled pork. These meats coupled with the simple salt and pepper rub and hardwood meat smoking makes this food great to eat. Add in some of the best sides in Seattle and you will know why people line up for Jack's BBQ.
What We Did Not Like
Out of all the food we have eaten from Jack's BBQ we could not find any of the menu item we did not like. If we had to comment about a dish we did not like it would be the Remoulade Cole Slaw, but it is nothing bad about the dish that Jack's provides. Instead, it is because we are not huge fans of cole slaw unless it's my mothers homemade cole slaw.
Our Rating Out Of 10 Stars - 10 Stars
Once you have eaten at Jack's BBQ it is easy to see why this restaurant took our top spot for BBQ. The great atmosphere with the hardwood smoked meats is going to make it easy to enjoy the food. Overall, if you are hungry and want great food then make sure you put Jack's BBQ on your must stop list.
